Who we are

Manufactorist is a small metal casting studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• Contact and estimate forms: your name, email, phone number, and project details
• Trade application: the above, plus your business name, experience and production needs
• Files and photos you share when requesting a quote
• Email correspondence

What we use it for

• Preparing quotes and producing your orders
• Reviewing trade applications
• Communicating with you about your project
• Keeping business records as required for tax purposes

That’s the whole list. We don’t buy, sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Where it’s stored

This website and its form submissions are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, a provider with strong data-protection standards, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is limited to the people who run the studio.

Who sees it

Only the studio. The limited exceptions are the services required to operate — our hosting provider, and shipping carriers when we need your address to deliver an order. Photographs of client work are never shared or published without you opting in on the trade application page.
